Executive Leadership Group, Inc. (ELG) practices what it preaches, integrating quality assurance, project management, and customer focus throughout our projects. This translates into a deep and ongoing understanding of client issues, the exercise of rigorous project planning and control, assignment of sufficient qualified staff resources, and provision of appropriate tools. Our client-collaborative method of developing detailed work plans helps assure the quality and relevance of support provided on this project.
We integrate quality assurance at every step of our approach. For example, on any given project, ELG staff meets frequently to ensure that contract requirements - and contract intent - continues to be achieved, and that the client continues to have buy-in and a sense that “things are well under control,” including costs. This quality assurance project process is exercised regularly throughout the lifecycle of a task. During these intermittent project reviews, quality control is conducted on key deliverables and ensures an integrated approach to our recommendations. ELG's quality management approach is designed to prevent, reduce, or eliminate problems that might compromise ability to perform on time, within budget, or according to the task order requirements.
ELG's own quality planning, quality control, and quality improvement processes promote reliable, complete, and accurate work products by minimizing the transmission of errors, and by the continuous improvement of ELG's processes.
