We help leaders implement their strategies and tactics. Maybe just as important, we ensure that our client organizations become more capable of implementation, once we have left. That's called building Implementation Strengthâ„¢. I might add that employees, not just leaders, appreciate the focus, lack of ambiguity, and personal involvement called for in our approach. If you'll forgive the threadbare term, they find it empowering. So, too, do the leaders.
So successful implementations and Implementation Strengthâ„¢ are two major results from working with ELG. But beyond our results, I am also proud of our people and the way we do business.
