Jodi Grossman

Jodi has extensive experience in leadership and executive coaching and training, team effectiveness, group facilitation, strategic planning and execution, and project management. As both an employee and consultant in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, Jodi has worked successfully with people from a multitude of industries. Her clients have included many Fortune 1000 companies (Verizon Wireless, United Airlines, Seagate, Coors Brewing Company, GreatWest Healthcare, Level3 Communications, Washington Mutual, Amgen, ConocoPhillips, Qwest, Abbott Labs, and Hewlett Packard), as well as the National Sheriffs’ Association.

Jodi has conducted training and coaching programs in subjects such as leadership development, project management, team effectiveness, interpersonal communication, presentational speaking, and job performance management. She also facilitates strategic planning sessions, project planning and review meetings, group problem-solving, and focus groups.

Recently Jodi implemented comprehensive leadership, management, culture, sales enablement, and customer training for a global healthcare technology company. For a major multinational oil company, Jodi led organizational development and training efforts for a business unit undergoing major cultural change. Additionally, in the public and not-for-profit sectors, she managed projects with volunteer staffs and severely constrained budgets. Jodi has served as a volunteer consultant with Social Venture Partners, an organization that facilitates capacity-building for not-for-profits.

Jodi has a BA from the University of Colorado and a Masters degree in Applied Communication from the University of Denver. She is certified to administer the Hogan Leadership Assessments, Pinsight Leadership Simulations, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Denison Culture Survey, and is a Prosci-certified organizational change management practitioner.
