The Results Roundtable™ helps leadership teams answer the critical questions that will help them deliver the most responsible results™ for their organization, initiative, or project. Essentially: “At the strategic level, what results must we achieve to succeed?” ELG’s four criteria for responsible results™ form the touchstones for this discussion.
Participants in the roundtable include the leader of the organization, initiative, or project, plus as small number of subject matter experts and stakeholders, as appropriate.
In advance of the roundtable, ELG consultants interview key leaders to learn enough so that the event can be tightly designed to produce clear and immediately useable outcomes.
At completion of the roundtable, the leadership team will be aligned around the measurable purpose of the organization, initiative, or project. Furthermore, work that can be dropped is usually then quite apparent, as well as areas requiring renewed focus.
The roundtable is a half-day to two-day event, depending on the size and complexity of the client’s efforts.
