Bob Kohl is a seasoned Business Transformation and Continuous Improvement Champion with over 35 years of experience. He holds an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. Bob’s advanced training includes project and process management from the Center for Systems Management, ITIL courses from Gartner, and numerous LEAN and Six Sigma certifications.
His professional journey spans operations management, human resources, manufacturing, quality assurance, project/program management, and IT. Bob excels in building rapport and crafting solutions tailored to unique client needs, drawing from his rich training and experiences. His approach focuses on collaborating with clients to identify and resolve critical process issues, conducting rapid assessments, and developing action plans for both immediate and long-term success.
Bob has documented hundreds of processes, facilitated numerous Kaizen and strategic planning sessions, and consistently achieved measurable improvements. Additionally, he mentors and coaches organizational members, guiding them in developing and improving systems, frameworks, and processes, ensuring leadership understands the importance of their role in sustaining growth. Bob’s government contract work includes developing HR business processes and IT culture change facilitation.
