He holds an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. Bob’s advanced training includes project and process management from the Center for Systems Management, ITIL courses from Gartner, and numerous LEAN and Six Sigma certifications.
His professional journey spans operations management, human resources, manufacturing, quality assurance, project/program management, and IT.
