Jason Lewis

Jason Lewis is a facilitator, management consultant, and executive coach. He specializes in change management, leadership development, and innovation.

For the past 13 years he has led innovation and change simulations for admirals, executives, professors and managers. He has facilitated sessions on coaching, difficult conversations, high-performing teams, and innovation. As a consultant Jason works with energy, pharmaceutical, government, retail and finance clients to effect meaningful organizational change, whether it is a new facility, a new management system, or a reorganization. He works with leaders to improve engagement, upgrade processes, or manage projects. He also facilitates teaming sessions using assessments such as DiSC, True Colors and Four Sight. Clients rave about his grasp of the content, and his humor and energy.

Jason received his Master’s degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University in 2007. His thesis investigated the impact of Improvisational theatre techniques on team performance. He has been published in Training and Development magazine and Training Media Review. His clients include ExxonMobil, GE Healthcare, Suncor, Haliburton, Microsoft, and the U.S. Navy’s Naval Postgraduate School.
