Linda has more than 25 years in organizational development with a background in clinical psychology, broadcast management, and management consulting. Her experience includes teaching and consulting for large corporations, federal, state, and local agencies and governments and entrepreneurial businesses. Her expertise includes project management, business process redesign, competency-based management models, executive leadership development, organization assessment and redesign, performance metric scorecards, succession planning, visioning, and strategic planning.
Linda has an MBA in leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Colorado and has postgraduate certifications from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in executive development and in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
