Julie is a certified coach and organization development consultant. She has more than two decades experience leading teams and organizations in multiple industries, including SaaS companies. Some of the positions Julie has held include Vice President Product Development, Internal Consultant, Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer, as well as board president and board member on several nonprofit boards.
In these roles, Julie restructured an ad hoc and siloed group of employees into a successful Customer Success Team. She led efforts to introduce and implement an agile project management methodology for a SaaS company. She collaborated with a founder/President of a successful engineering firm to plan for the sale of the company by designing and implementing a new organizational structure with strong leadership and clear accountability and preparing the staff for acquisition.
Julie’s areas of focus include facilitation and training, change management, leadership and management consulting, organization development, conflict resolution, project management, culture and employee engagement, and strategic planning.
Julie holds Bachelor’s degrees in business and music from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University. Julie is inspired to help leaders navigate challenges and opportunities so they, and their organizations, can grow and thrive.
